Luxe X Pro pod system, the latest addition to the Vaporesso Luxe family. It joins the Luxe X, Luxe XR, and Luxe XR MAX as another nearly identical looking pod mod that can be used for MTL, RDL, or DL vaping.
The LUXE X PRO, like the LUXE X, comes with two pods that have the coils built into the pod (non-removable coils). It’s compatible with LUXE X pods and LUXE XR pods with GTX coils, so there’s flexibility in what coil resistances you can use with this device.
The LUXE X PRO features adjustable wattage up to 40W and houses a 1500mAh battery that recharges with Type-C charging. It also has a 0.42” display that displays useful vaping information.

Design & Build Quality
Comparing the size to the rest of the LUXE family, the LUXE X PRO sits somewhere in the middle of the pack. It’s 99.1mm tall, 32mm wide, and 23.4mm deep, which makes it smaller than the LUXE XR MAX but slightly larger than the LUXE X and LUXE XR.
There are seven colors available, these being Black, Gumental Lime, Ultra Orange, Dazzling Yellow, Blue, Pink, and White. Dazzling Yellow has a black and yellow theme with a racing stripe down the center that looks really cool and it’s the only color to have this stripe. In general, the colors options are nice.
Pods
The LUXE X PRO comes with two pods, both of which have the coils built into them. These are a LUXE X 0.4Ω pod and a LUXE X 0.6Ω pod. Both pods have a capacity of 5ml, which is plenty of ejuice no matter if you’re MTL, RDL, or DL vaping.
In addition to the included pods, it can also be used with other LUXE X PODS or with the LUXE XR MAX pod which is compatible with most of VAPORESSO’s GTX coils. This offers plenty of possibilities for what coil resistance you use with the LUXE X PRO, allowing you to find the right coil for your vaping style and preference.
It’s worth noting that although the 0.4Ω pod is the same one that you get with the LUXE X and LUXE XR, the 0.6Ω pod is completely new to the LUXE X PRO. Both pods can be used for RDL/DL vaping, however the 0.6Ω pod can also be used for MTL.
According to the wattage that the X PRO sets when you insert a pod, the 0.4Ω pod is best used at 30W and the 0.6Ω pod is best at 24W.
LUXE X PRO Button Combinations
- Power ON/OFF: Press the fire button five times.
- Lock or unlock device: Press the fire button three times.
- Turn smart wattage on/off: Press and hold the fire button and up adjustment buttons together.
- Clear the puff counter: Hold the fire button and down adjustment buttons together.
