SMOK Nord 5 80W Pod System, featuring a Leather and Regular Series, integrated 2000mAh battery, and a lofty 80W maximum output. Constructed from durable zinc-alloy, the chassis of the Nord 5 Pod System is strong and sturdy, protecting the integrated 2000mAh battery within. In addition, the 5mL pod can hold a satisfying amount of e-liquid or nicotine salts, eliminating the need for constant refills, allowing for more enjoyable vaping. Types of Coils
The SMOK Nord 5 Kit comes with two different coils: a 0.15ohm RPM 3 Meshed Coil and a 0.23ohm RPM 3 Meshed Coil. The 0.15ohm coil is perfect for direct-to-lung vaping, while the 0.23ohm coil is ideal for mouth-to-lung vaping. It’s important to note that users should not exceed the recommended wattage range for each coil.

Ease Of Use
This kit is extremely easy to use. It has push fit coils, which lock into place using a coil lock clip on the bottom of the pod. The pod also magnetises into the kit with quite strong magnets The USB-C fast charge means that charging the device quick and easy. Nord 5 Battery Life & Performance
One of the best features of the Nord 4 was its 2000 mAh battery, which has (thankfully) been carried over to this newer model. It’s kind of a monster, and while it does take longer than we’d like to charge, it’s clearly been designed to help your device last throughout the day. For best results, stay under 70W—this should more or less allow you to vape to your heart’s content from sunup to sundown (cranking the device up to the maximum output will drain the battery faster but won’t really have any other noticeable impact on the way the Nord 5 performs).
And now, let’s talk about the taste. Simply put, the Nord 5 fires on all cylinders here—it does a brilliant job and bringing the flavour out of your chosen e-liquid. Nic salt e-juices with higher concentrations are particularly good in this device when using the 0.23Ω coil, although switching to a lower-resistance coil gives you lots to try in terms of milder-strength e-juices as well.
