Our one came with two cartridges. One was 0.6 ohm coil, for use between 18 and 25 W and the other 1.2 ohm cartridge works from 8 to 12 W. The 1.2 ohm one is designed for indirect inhalation while the higher value one delivers much bigger clouds.
Two magnets hold the cartridges onto the top of the pod body and they do a brilliant job. The hold is excellent and we didn’t notice any sideways play or other annoying movement while we had it to our lips.
Geekvape Q Pod Cartridge Filling Policy
You fill the cartridge in the usual way. Just remove the mouthpiece at access the filling hole. We’d recommend using narrow bottle tips to make filling easier and to avoid any spills from the 2 ml cartridge. The Wenax Q and Sonder Q use the same cartridges so they’re compatible with both models. Like the Sonder Q, it delivers excellent, reliable flavours.
We got the best results with fruity flavours. The only thing we didn’t like was that is uses disposable cartridges, so you have to throw the whole tank away when the coil wears out.
Geekvape Q Pod Cartridge Copmatible
Both devices use the pods of the Q series. The Sonder Q came with the 0.8-ohm pod (12-18 watts,) but the site says it’s also available with the 0.6-ohm pod (18-25 watts.) It only comes with one pod and no spare, so I’ll ding them for that—you should always get two pods, in my opinion. The Wenax Q comes with two pods, the 0.6-ohm one and a 1.2-ohm pod (8-12 watts).
All three coils of the line gave me at least ten refills, so they offer good coil life. And they all vaped very well with good flavor. The 1.2-ohm coil is best for the tighter MTL vapers, while the 0.8-ohm and 0.6-ohm coils work well for people who like a little looser draw. Overall though, all the coils are good, and it really comes down to preference and vaping style.
